Audio Cable
The double-ended audio cable is used to connect your music player to your ADEO. Plug one end of the cable into the headphone jack of your music player and the other end into the audio in port of your ADEO. The ADEO can also be used independently, without a MP3 player connected.

MotionTrak Software CD
The MotionTrak CD contains the MotionTrak program and a PDF version of the user manual. Create numerous workout plans with time cues (information is given to you at set time intervals) or distance cues (given at set distance intervals) or with those that alert you when you've accomplished a certain goal. Allows to compare sessions and people.

USB Standard/Mini Cable
The USB cable included with your ADEO Fitness Companion is used to transfer data between your ADEO and your computer. The cable also provides power to charge the unit.
