The Adeo GPS Fitness Trainer & Pedometer is a very cool gizmo indeed. I got my first one a few days ago and have been testing it furiously. Is it all that it promises? YES.

Is it fun? Oh yes.

Basically this GPS device acts as your fitness trainer and tells you a whole lot of valuable information when training. Things like your speed, calories burnt, elevations and more.

I hooked the Adeo GPS fitness trainer into Google Maps and was amazed at how cool it mapped out my routes taken.

Plug in your MP3 or iPod into the Adeo and away you go. Let your fitness trainer guide you, track you and give you feedback as you go. You will be more inspired to walk, run and cycle. I think this would be the perfect tool for professional and amatuer runners, bushwalkers and cyclists.
