Out Of Stock Items Whilst we make every endeavour to carry ample stock of all products, it is sometimes impossible to predict demand which can at times lead to items being out of stock for a short period of time. Most items are usually on order from the distributor and stocks are generally replenished within a week or so. Orders are filled on a "first come, first served" basis. Although you may have placed your order when an item was showing "In Stock" it may be out of stock by the time your order is processed if there are orders preceding yours. If this is the case, we will contact you within 24 hours and inquire as to whether you wish to proceed or receive a full refund. Order & Pre-Order Cancellations As we often pack and ship orders very quickly, it is imperative that you allow 48 hours notice to guarantee any cancellations. Please email us HERE. Returns Policy We are happy to credit or exchange any faulty products within 14 days, provided we receive the goods in UNUSED condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. If the products are found to be used upon receipt, we will be unable to accept the goods and they will be returned to you. Shipping & Delivery For delivery within Australia: All item/s are shipped via Australian Registered Post with mandatory insurance for safe delivery. Generally you will recieve your item/s within 3 to 7 working days. Our shopping cart will calculate the correct postage once you have entered your address in the checkout process. Shipping is subject to GST. For International delivery: All item/s are shipped via International Airmail with mandatory insurance for safe delivery. Generally you will recieve your item/s within 3 to 14 working days. Our shopping cart will calculate the correct postage once you have entered your address in the checkout process. International shipping is NOT subject to GST.
